About TipFast Group
TipFast Group was founded in 2024 by Henry & Louis, a pair of brothers, combining forces to build the next generation of civil construction. Inspired by growing up around the industry since before they could both walk and a desire to create something of their own, TipFast was reborn.
A complementary team, with Henry specialising in civil engineering and project management, Louis specialising in plant operation and site supervision and our newest Director, Matt bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience from his time in the civil game.
Our goal is to build one of the next great Australian Companies.
Our approach
Plant + brain power.
We own our fleet, employ our operators directly, and keep engineering and project management in-house. That means fewer handoffs, faster decisions, and accountability that runs from the site fence all the way to the boardroom.

Zero-harm. No exceptions.
ISO-45001 aligned WHS system, full pre-start regime, weekly toolbox talks and an open-stop-work culture. Zero-harm is our standard from day one.
